Graduted in Civil Engineering with a MBA in Finances by IBMEC and MBA in E-Business by FGV, People Management Course in Kellogg and in Chile. Solid career in the financial market through Citibank in Brazil with experiences with benchmark in other countries like Mexico, Spain, Japan, Argentine, Colombia, United States, and South Africa. For 22 years worked as Product Manager, Business Manager, Business Unit Director with more than 700 people, having advanced more than 2 thousand people during his management, Federasul Director (secular business entity in RS). Mentor and responsible for the implementation of a “mobile” system and “wireless” pioneer in the financing market having been implemented in Mexico and in 10 other countries to support the Credit Card business. Knowledge of the Brazilian market, having lived in cities like Campinas, Porto Alegre, Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo.
